I founded All Ways Consulting, in 2007, as vehicle of bringing my expertise from the corporate world and marrying it with my specialty of understanding human behavior. After receiving a Master's degree in Psychology, I realized that the one commonality amongst people who were trying to write a blockbuster screenplay, climb the corporate ladder or start a new business venture was PASSION.
